There’s a lot more to Big Love than great music. For adults we’ve got all sorts of fun activities lines up, including:

Aerial Circus Workshops

The aerial rig at Big Love.

Join our epic ‘give-it-a-whirl’ aerial workshops for a thrilling spin to start your festival weekend! Dive into an hour-long aerial session where we will teach hoop and silks. These sessions will include a warm up and cool down.

Separate sessions for Adults (16+), Youths (11–16 years) and Kids (7–11 years) – make sure to sign up in advance, as places are strictly limited.

Pop-up Pom Pom Picnic (workshop)

with Radical Kindness

Join the Pom Pom People and create your very own magical pom poms and share some joy and kindness. Celebrate your colourful creations in the Big Love Parade!

Please note to conserve the magical powers of the pom poms, the picnics are small groups at a time. Age guide: 6+ years old and young at heart. (children must be accompanied by an adult)

Awen Project

The Awen Project is pioneering a new model for learning environments: where young people are championed to be themselves and follow their passions as active participants in a democratic community. Find them in the Cariad Bach area, and on Saturday at 6pm in The Big Top where they will be screening a film showing an Awen’s performance & Q&A.

Morning Yoga

Get stretching with a fun morning mass yoga session on the main stage, led by the fantastic Clare James (who you’ll also catch DJing on the Woodland Stage). Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10am on the main Love Live stage.

Fire Walking & Fire Ceremony

With Zen Arts

Take part in a Fire Walking Ceremony and demonstrate your ability to walk across fire! Strictly adults only. A small fee is payable.

Join fashion print designer and Central St Martin’s graduate Silvia as she helps unleash your imagination with a carnival mask-making session. Suitable for all ages.

Dolly Parton Yoga

Let’s imbibe the essence of Dolly Parton, let’s breathe her magical stardust essence right into the heart of our yoga flow to the sounds of her wonderful music in this homage to Dolly. You’re invited to tap into a little slice of the joy she brings along with a generous helping of humility and generosity, let’s expect to leave with a renewed twinkle in our eyes and a golden glow to our hearts. Enjoy a flowing ad lib style sequence, please wear something that makes you feel fabulous and let’s get our Dolly yoga groove on…

Gong Meditation Session

Fiora sound meaning ‘flower sound’ is Alexander’s holistic approach to sound. Creating a fully immersive, elemental journey through tones and various sounds. As he quotes “I bring the physical realm to the subtle energetic. Allowing us to settle our energy for healing and rejuvenation.” With the use of singing bowls, gongs and particular tuning forks, Fiora Sound provides a very deep and relaxing meditation/sound journey, bringing bliss and a state of serenity.

Hip Hop Yoga

With Rosa Carless

Hiphop yoga is a cool way to get stretchy and strong to your fav funky songs. I mix my breakin dance skills in with a vinyasa flow to create smooth and exciting transitions, whilst being mindful for all levels and abilities. 

At the end of the session there will always be a freestyle circle for any to join and show off their moves if they feel like it.
