Tickets for Big Love 2024 are on sale here!
All weekend tickets include admission to the festival from Friday 19th July and general camping on Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July 2024.
If you wish to arrive earlier, adults and teens may purchase an early entry pass to access the site from 12 noon Thursday 18th July 2024. Under 13s do not require a pass for early entry.

Group deal – buy 4 tickets get one free! Simply visit our ticket seller and select 4 Weekend tickets, and the free 5th ticket option will appear. This option is only available for full price adult tickets, not payment plans.
Payment Plans
Payment plan tickets allow you to pay a £40 deposit to secure your place, then pay off the balance whenever suits you! Payments aren’t taken automatically, so pay the rest in as many instalments as you want before the end of June 2024. (Adult and Teen tickets only)

Where can I buy my tickets?
You can buy Big Love 2024 tickets through Festival Pro.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are priced in tiers – the sooner you buy, the more you save! The first tier priced at £99 has now sold out.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we have a payment plan scheme! Simply visit Festival Pro to secure your place.
If you wish to pay in instalments, you may pay a £40 deposit now and pay the balance in one or more instalments before 30th June 2024.
You will be given a username and password to login and pay the remainder of the ticket cost whenever suits you. Please note that later payments are not taken automatically, you must login when you want to pay further instalments or the full balance. You’re in control!
Deposits are non-refundable – if you do not complete the payments you will not receive a ticket.
Is there a group buy discount?
Yes, currently you can buy 4 tickets and get one free! This is a limited offer though. Tickets must be purchased through Festival Pro.
How do I change the name on my ticket?
If you bought your ticket through EventCube, the confirmation email you received should contain a link to change the name or contact details of the ticket holders.

If you have any difficulties changing your personal or contact details, please contact us. There is no charge for this.
Can I buy a ticket on the gate?
No, tickets must be purchased in advance, and are expected to sell out. Please do not arrive without a ticket, you will not be admitted. Security will be checking e-tickets and ID on arrival, and also checking wristbands throughout the festival.
I never received my ticket or I deleted it by mistake!
After purchasing tickets, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the full details of the order. About a week before the festival you will receive a second email with your e-ticket details. If in doubt, get in touch and we’ll re-issue the email.
Are there any children’s tickets?
Yes this year we are allowing children to attend Big Love.
How do I receive my ticket?
All tickets are e-tickets, sent via email. There are no paper tickets.
I bought a ticket but now I’ve found out I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, unless we have to cancel the event. However you are free to give or sell your ticket to someone else (please make sure to update the name on the ticket).
I booked because such-and-such a band were playing, but now they’re not. Can I have a refund?
All the promotional details about bands, DJs, performers, venue and facilities are posted in good faith. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean things get pulled at the last minute. If there are any changes to the line-up we’ll try to inform everyone as soon as possible, and try to substitute something just as good, but we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.
Are day tickets available?
Day tickets for Big Love 2023 are not currently available, but we may sell off available capacity in the days before the event.
Are there Personal Assistant tickets for guests with disabilities?
Personal Assistant/carer tickets are available. Please see our Accessibility page for disabled festival-goers for more information.
Are there tickets for local residents?
Yes, there a limited number of discounted tickets for local residents. Please see the Community page for details.
