Where can I buy my tickets?

I need to change the name on my ticket

Please log in to your account at The Ticket Sellers to change your personal or contact details. Tickets do not have individual names on, so if you give yours to a friend or sell it, you do not need to contact us. If you need any more help, call 0121 472 6688 (24hrs) with any questions.

Can I buy a ticket on the gate?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance, and are expected to sell out. Please do not arrive without a ticket, you will not be admitted.

Security will be checking e-tickets and ID on arrival, and also checking wristbands throughout the festival.

I never received my ticket or I deleted it by mistake!

After purchasing tickets, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the full details of the order. About a week before the festival you will receive a second email with your e-ticket details.

If you do not receive these emails, please log in to your account at The Ticket Sellers and check your details are correct. If you still have concerns, please call The Ticket Sellers on 0121 472 6688 (24hrs).

Are there any children’s tickets?

No, sorry, the festival is strictly over 18s only, children are not allowed on the site.

How do I receive my ticket?

All tickets are e-tickets, sent via email. There are no paper tickets.

I bought a ticket but now I’ve found out I can’t make it. Can I have a refund

No, sorry, tickets are non-refundable. However you are free to give or sell your ticket to someone else.

I booked because such-and-such a band were playing, but now they’re not. Can I have a refund?

All the promotional details about bands, DJs, performers and facilities are posted in good faith. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean things get pulled at the last minute. If there are any changes to the line-up we’ll try to inform everyone as soon as possible, and try to substitute something just as good, but we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.

Are day tickets available?

Yes, a limited number of day tickets are now available. These are Saturday & Sunday tickets OR Sunday-only tickets. There are no Friday-only or Saturday-only tickets.

Personal Assistants for guests with disabilities

Personal Assistants are admitted free of charge. If you require a ticket for your personal assistant, please purchase a ticket for yourself. Then email us to request a free ticket if you require one for a Personal Assistant. We may request proof of eligibility with one of the following documents:

  • Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
  • Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • Credability’s Access Card

We will review any applications without the recommended evidence on a case-by-case basis.
