The deadline for ticket refunds has now passed and we are no longer able to issue refunds for tickets purchased for Big Love 2020 or 2021.
Big Love is a small, independent festival with no corporate investment or sponsors – we are run as a not-for-profit organisation, normally funded entirely by ticket sales.
For this reason, we’re especially grateful to everyone that supported us by rolling their tickets over from 2020 and 2021. All tickets for 2020/2021 were automatically valid for Big Love Festival 2022.
Your generosity has helped secure the future of the festival, so Big Love can bounce back bigger and better than ever!
Unlike a lot of festivals, during the past two+ years of Covid we have kept all tickets fully refundable, without quibble.
However, once Big Love 2022 details were confirmed publicly for some time, and tickets on sale, we had to draw a line under refunds so that we could plan ahead for the next Big Love.
The deadline for refund requests was midnight Wednesday 17th November 2021, and this was emailed to all ticket purchasers, and posted on our website and across our social media.
After this date you were still able to change the names on the ticket free of charge. So, if you couldn’t make it to Big Love Goes Wild, you were free to give your ticket to a friend, or sell it to a stranger. Or sell it to a friend! 2022 tickets were priced higher than those for 2020 or 2021.
