2021 Refunds

Big Love is a small, independent festival with no corporate investment or sponsors – we are run as a not-for-profit organisation, normally funded entirely by ticket sales.

For this reason, if you have a ticket for 2020 or 2021, please support us by rolling your ticket over and joining us at next year’s event if you can. All unused tickets & accommodation purchased for 2020/2021 can be rolled-over to be used in 2022.

We really appreciate that it is a huge ask, and we are truly inspired by the support we have received from everyone and are more determined than ever to make Big Love bigger and better than ever.

Of course we know not everyone will be able to do that, and we will of course be offering refunds on tickets already purchased (see below). Alternatively, you will also be able to sell/transfer any tickets you have bought, and we will process a name change for you free of charge, with no time limit on name changes.

In the meantime, remain safe, be kind and stay fabulous! ♥

Rolling over your ticket until 2022

All tickets for Big Love 2020 or 2021 will automatically be rolled-over for 2022 – you don’t need to do anything. Know that it’s very much appreciated, and you’re free to change your mind and request a refund nearer the date.

Name changes or refunds

You can request a refund on your tickets or to change the name on your tickets. If you’re not sure at this stage, don’t worry, your money is safe, and there is no cut-off date for requesting a refund.

Please do not contact the company where you bought the ticket. Instead, please send your ticket details (in the purchase confirmation email) to us and whether you would like a name change or refund. Unfortunately we are not able to refund booking fees.

For multiple ticket purchases, we can refund individual tickets if some of the party are still planning to attend.

Please email tickets2021@biglovefestival.co.uk.

We will try to process any requests for refunds as quickly as possible, but please be patient – we’re a tiny not-for-profit organisation, arranging the festival in our spare time, with the same personal pressures as everyone else in these difficult times. We’re doing our best!
