It’s loud, it’s colourful, and it’s sure to get you dancing – it’s Big Love’s main stage!

Head to the main Love Live stage from 10am each day for an eclectic blend of live music from around the world. Alternative, hip hop, folk, dance, reggae, funk – you name it… we got it!

This year we’re super excited to have multi-Grammy-winning hip hop pioneers Arrested Development headlining on Sunday night.

Arrested Development is an influential American hip-hop group known for their socially conscious lyrics and eclectic musical style, blending hip-hop with soul, funk, and African rhythms. Their positive, thought-provoking messages and innovative sound has earned them critical acclaim and worldwide success.

Also taking to the Love Live stage on Sunday is Molotov Jukebox – a vibrant, genre-blending band known for their unique fusion of gypsy jazz, ska, funk, and Latin rhythms, creating a wild and eclectic sound. Fronted by actress and musician Natalia Tena, Molotov Jukebox are renowned for their captivating, raucous performances.

Friday Love Live stage highlights

Friday’s headliner, Dr Meaker, is a Bristol-based electronic music act that combines live instrumentation with drum ‘n’ bass, creating a unique fusion of soulful vocals, heavy basslines, and energetic beats. Known for their dynamic performances and high-energy tracks, their live show brings a fresh and vibrant vibe that’s irresistible!

Another must-see on the Love Live stage on Friday is Lazy Habits. They fuse hip-hop with jazz, funk, and soul, creating a distinctive sound marked by live instrumentation and compelling lyrics. Their energetic performances and genre-defying music have earned them a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting live acts.

Saturday’s Love Live must-sees!

We are very happy to see the return of Headmix, a revolutionary 90s ‘dub diddly dance’ band. These true festival legends changed the way many people approached and appreciated folk music, and now they’re back bolder and better than ever!

The Undercover Hippy is a singer-songwriter and musician whose music combines reggae, hip-hop, and acoustic vibes with witty and thought-provoking lyrics. Known for his engaging live performances, he delivers a powerful mix of storytelling and social commentary.

Suntou Susso is a Gambian kora player, percussionist and singer renowned for his mastery of the traditional West African instrument and his ability to blend traditional and contemporary sounds. His music is characterized by intricate melodies, rich harmonies, and a deep connection to his cultural roots. Definitely not to be missed!

More Sunday Love Live highlights

As if Arrested Development and Molotov Jukebox weren’t enough to get you dancing, Sunday evening sees The Allergies live act taking to the main stage.

The Allergies are a DJ and production duo known for their funky, feel-good music that blends hip-hop, soul, disco, and breaks. Their infectious grooves and creative sampling have earned them a reputation as the ultimate party-starters. They’re bringing their full live show to Big Love, with guest vocalists and musicians joining them on the Love Live stage.
